How we work
No agencies within the agency.
Every project has a single responsible PM. You talk to the person who makes the decisions, not to an account manager. And the person who decides talks every day with whoever designs, builds and measures. This drastically reduces coordination costs.
We work remotely from Barcelona, Madrid and Berlin, with one in-person office day per month and on-site workshops with clients whenever they add value.
