A design system that scales with your product
Foundations, components and governance so your product grows without piling up visual debt or breaking consistency across design, engineering and marketing teams.
The problem we solve.
A good design system is not a Figma library: it is shared infrastructure between design, product and engineering that reduces day-to-day friction and accelerates every future iteration.
We build scalable, documented, accessible design systems connected to real code (Storybook, W3C tokens, Tailwind integrations or custom components).
What is included
- Foundations: colour, typography, spacing and motion tokens
- Component library in Figma with variants and props
- Figma ↔ code connection (Style Dictionary, W3C tokens)
- Storybook with living documentation and visual tests
- Usage, content and accessibility guidelines
- Governance plan and contribution model
Our process for Design System.
Audit
Inventory of existing components, inconsistencies and visual debt in the current product.
Foundations
We build the tokens and primitives that will act as the single source of truth.
Components
We design and develop the prioritised components, with visual and accessibility tests.
Adoption
Progressive migration plan, team training and a sustainable contribution model.
Why most design systems fail
We have seen many design systems fail: because they were delivered as Figma without code, because nobody takes responsibility for maintaining them, or because they are over-designed before the product needs them.
Our approach is always incremental: we start with foundations and the 5-8 most-used components. We grow on real demand, not theoretical coverage.
